Scotland′s lands and lochs provide some of the finest ingredients in the world, and we are committed to using only fresh local produce from our trusted suppliers as the starting point for our menu.

Each workshop begins with an introduction to chocolate making and a demonstration of the skills involved. We use only the finest Belgian chocolate and slabs of freshly made chocolate ganache.
