All our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers who have excellent track records for providing the best possible quality.
For our grills we only serve prime cuts from the finest Aberdeen Angus beef, hung for a minimum of three weeks. Our Head Chef has sourced the beef from the farm to the restaurant and all cuts of steak are carried out on the premises.
